HARRISBURG – United States Attorney David J. Freed and Dauphin County District Attorney Francis T. Chardo provide the following update after this afternoon’s press conference on the Harrisburg shooting.

On 6/13/14 at 0233 hours, Aaron Hartman was found asleep in the driver's seat of a running vehicle at 69th and Somerset Streets. Hartman was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and he submitted to a test of his blood. Blood test results were recently received and he has been charged with DUI.
