HARRISBURG – United States Attorney David J. Freed and Dauphin County District Attorney Francis T. Chardo provide the following update after this afternoon’s press conference on the Harrisburg shooting.
As the Chief Law Enforcement Officer for Dauphin County it has always been my goal to provide transparency to our government and to give the public a channel for communicating with the police, free of intimidation. On 2/24/15 at 1435 hours, Steelton Police assisted special investigators with stopping a vehicle in connection with a bank robbery suspect. Police arrested Andre Mosley who was a passenger in the vehicle and he was turned over to investigating authorities.
On 2/24/15 at 1055 hours, Steelton Police arrested Raynell Horne. Horne was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance for possessing a quantity of Marijuana, cellophane baggies, cash, cell phones and a digital scale. On 2-15-15 at 1705 hours, Steelton Police did arrest John Kiger for an incident in Steelton. Kiger was charged with Simple Assault ( domestic violence ). Charges were filed at MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02
On 2-14-15 at 1735 hours, Steelton Police arrested Brittani Wright for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Wright was transported to Dauphin County Booking. Charges were filed at MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02
