HARRISBURG – United States Attorney David J. Freed and Dauphin County District Attorney Francis T. Chardo provide the following update after this afternoon’s press conference on the Harrisburg shooting.
As the Chief Law Enforcement Officer for Dauphin County it has always been my goal to provide transparency to our government and to give the public a channel for communicating with the police, free of intimidation. On November 16, 2013 Holly Harnden III was arrested at the WalMart on Grayson Road for retail theft. Harnden attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise valued over $230. Harnden was arrested without incident and is charged with retail theft.

On November 16, 2013 at around 4 am Anthony Corrado was arrested for physically assaulting his girlfriend. Corrado was arraigned on the charges and is currently incarcerated in Dauphin County Prison on a probation detainer.
