On 2/27/19 the Lower Swatara Township Police charged Dominique Stephon Patterson 24 of the 3000 block of Batesfield Rd, Harrisburg PA with Drug Delivery Resulting in Death and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The charges were filed stemming from an incident that occurred in July of 2018.
