On February 28th, 2019, it was reported to Swatara Township Police that the victims credit card was stolen and used in the Township. It was found that Richard McKay stole the credit card and charged $108.86 at different locations.

On 04-23-19 the Steelton Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. The driver identified as Daniel Lugo was operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock as required. He was arrested and taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center.
