10/18/2013 20:15- A resident in the 700 block of Center street reported finding a black dog running free. Millersburg police took control of the dog and transported it to the kennel. The owner of the dog was identified, warned for a PA Dog Law violation, and retrieved the dog from the kennel.
10/18/2013 18:40- A complainant report her neighbor across the street in the 300 block of Moore St was playing loud, thumping, music. Upon police arrival, the music was stopped. The subject was unaware the neighbors could hear it, and was warned to keep the volume down.
10/17/2013 17:05-Millersburg Police received a complaint about a man and women arguing in an apartment building in the 400 block of Market St. The argument was causing a disturbance to other tenants in the building. After investigating the incident no charges will be filed and both parties were...
10/16/2013 03:45- Signs advertising "Yard Sale" were found attached to borough signs with two red "zip" ties. The person responsible for the unauthorized signs was identified as Cassandra M MANCHOR, age 23 of Millersburg. MANCHOR was cited for an ordinance violation.
10/15/2013 13:15 -765 Church St Trust was instructed in a 12-3-01 court hearing to have the grass cut at the rental residence in the 700 block of Church St. by 10/14/13. The property was checked on 10/15 and again on 10/22 but was still in violation. The Trust was cited for the Ordinance violations.
