On February 8, 2019 at 7:13 pm., Harrisburg Police responded to an accident on N. 7 th Street at Dauphin Street in which a pedestrian was fatally struck. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene. The department Traffic Safety Unit responded to the scene. This is an ongoing investigation.
