HARRISBURG – United States Attorney David J. Freed and Dauphin County District Attorney Francis T. Chardo provide the following update after this afternoon’s press conference on the Harrisburg shooting.

On 08-16-17 the Steelton Police responded to a reported vehicle theft in the first block of South 4th Street. Officers did charge Samantha Frye with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after an investigation.
