HARRISBURG – United States Attorney David J. Freed and Dauphin County District Attorney Francis T. Chardo provide the following update after this afternoon’s press conference on the Harrisburg shooting.

On 06-19-17 the Steelton Police arrested Lovell Tatum after a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Harrisburg Street for driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. He was taken to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for processing.
