March 4, 2020- Commonwealth v. Keith Hoffa: Dauphin County Judge Deborah Curcillo today sentenced serial child molester Keith Hoffa to 63 years to 126 years in a state prison. On March 11, 2019, Judge Curcillo found Hoffa guilty of a multitude counts of sexual molestation of minors. Hoffa’s sexual abuse of children stretches from 2016 all the way back to the mid-1990’s.

Today, the Pennsylvania State Police charged Matthew Webster with perjury in connection with investigation into the disappearance of Tracy Kroh. Webster was arrested in the courtroom following his testimony before the 11th Dauphin County Investigating Grand Jury. The complaint alleges that Webster falsely testified that he had not spoken in advance with Holly Mallett about the content of her pending grand jury testimony. August 1, 2019- On night of August 1, 2014, I received a phone call from Harrisburg Police Detective Rodney Shoeman advising me of the death of a child on Green Street in the city. Unfortunately, calls such as the one that I received that night happen far too often. What struck me as different with this call was the emotion in Det.
On July 19, 2019, the United States Marshals Service returned Diaya Osman Hamid, now 31 years old, to Dauphin County from Australia to face charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, burglary, criminal conspiracy, and related charges in connection with a 2009 incident in Susquehanna Township. The Marshals turned Hamid over to Susquehanna Township officers who transported him to the Dauphin County Prison.
Today, Joseph Rivera-Rivera, 21, received a sentence of 6 to 12 years in a state penitentiary for sexually assaulting a 12 year old girl in 2016. Judge William T.
