On Monday May 2nd 2022, Bennie Chisolm was arrested and charged with Criminal Homicide and Conspiracy to Criminal Homicide. The charges stem from the March 16th 2022 shooting death of Jacoby Strain-Hankerson, which took place in the first block of South 17th Street.
