On Monday July 4th, at about 7:00 pm, the Harrisburg Police responded to the 600 block of Geary Street for a report of a shooting. Officers arrived on Geary Street and located a crime scene. Officers would later locate the victim, an adult male, at a local hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. An investigation was initiated and it would later be determined that Quincy Evans was responsible for the shooting. Evans was arrested on July 6th, after attempting to flee from officers on foot.
