On Friday January 6th 2023, the Harrisburg Police arrested and charged Brandon Martinez in connection to the Sunken Garden homicide investigation. Martinez has been charged with Murder, and Rape Forcible Compulsion in reference to his involvement in the death of an adult female victim who was found deceased in the Sunken Garden area of Riverfront Park on Thursday December 22nd 2022.
