On June 21, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., Harrisburg Police Officers assisted Dauphin County Adult Probation with a warrant service on a residence located on the 100 Block of S 18th Street. Todd More was wanted by Dauphin County Adult Probation for Receiving Stolen Property, as well as by Pennsylvania State Parole for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
As Officers were making contact with the head of household, Moore attempted to flee the scene by popping out the screen of a second floor bedroom window and jumping out. He was apprehended shortly after.
A search of the residence revealed a green and black 9-mm Springfield XD-9 pistol with a laser belonging to Moore. The pistol had one round chambered and seven in the magazine.
Moore was subsequently charged with two counts of Possession of Firearm Prohibited and one count each of Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License, Flight to Avoid Apprehension, and Tampering with Evidence.
