On Wednesday May 4th 2022, the Harrisburg Police arrested and charged Jyheir Mosley-Williams with Criminal Homicide, Conspiracy to Criminal Homicide, and various firearms offenses. The charges stem from the March 16th 2022 shooting death of Jacoby Strain-Hankerson, which took place in the first block of South 17th Street.
