On Tuesday January 12th 2020, the Harrisburg Police arrested Jhajuan Russaw in connection to the homicide of Billy Grier. Grier was found shot and killed on the evening of Monday January 11th 2020, in the area of N 6th and Woodbine Streets in Harrisburg. Russaw has been charged with Criminal Homicide and Possession of a Firearm Prohibited.
