Missing Endangered Elderly Female Found



On Friday, February 9, 2018, T approximately 6:17 p.m., the Harrisburg Police were notified by family that Louise Banks was spoken to amd it has been determined that she is safe.


On Friday, February 9, 2018, at approximately 12:15 p.m., Harrisburg Police was notified of a missing person.  Louise Banks was reported missing by her daughter, who last saw her at 3:00 a.m. in their apartment at the Executive House.

Louise Banks is described as a 69-year-old Black Female Adult, approximately 5’4” and 160 lbs. She has black hair with a gray patch in the right front. She wears glasses and has pierced ears. Louise Banks’s left leg is bigger than her right due to a medical condition and does not walk far. She takes several medications.

Ms. Banks does not drive, nor does she own a car. Her daughter indicated that Ms. Banks keeps to herself. Ms. Banks is possibly suicidal.
