On Friday December 3rd 2022, at about 7:00pm, the Harrisburg Police received a phone call that the male in the attached images was in the area of the downtown train/bus station. Officers responded and located Robert Fitzcharles in the area of South 4th and Chestnut Streets. Fitzcharles immediately attempted to flee officers, and after a foot pursuit he was taken into custody. Fitzcharles was wearing the exact same clothing as he did during the robbery, and had a black ski mask in his pocket.
Fitzcharles is being charged with robbery, simple assault, resisting arrest, and additional drug offenses.

On Thursday, December 1, 2022 at about 7:00 pm, the Harrisburg Police responded to a report of a robbery in the 300 block of Market Street. Video footage shows the suspect pushing the clerk when they had the register open to make change for a customer, causing the clerk to hit their head. The suspect then grabbed approximately $400-500 from the register and fled the store.
The suspect is a white male who was wearing a red and black checkered hoodie with a white hoodie underneath, a black hat, black pants, and blue shoes.
