On Thursday January 19th 2023 the Harrisburg Police charged Dallas Williams and Daiquan McMullen with their involvement in a shooting investigation that occurred back on October 16th 2022, in the area of Linden and Shrub Streets. On the October 16th date the Harrisburg Police responded to Linden and Shrub Streets for a report of shots fired, with an occupied vehicle struck multiple times by gunfire. Officers arrived and confirmed that no individuals had been struck by gunfire. They then located video footage of the incident, which was later used to assist in identifying the actors involved.
Williams was charged with Aggravated Assault, Conspiracy to Aggravated Assault, and various firearms related offenses. Daiquan McMullen was charged with Aggravated Assault and Conspiracy to Aggravated Assault. Both Williams and McMullen are in police custody.
