Harrisburg Police are currently investigating a stalking report involving a student from Marshall School. On February 26, 2019, a female juvenile reported to school officials that an adult male had approached her on two separate occasions, asking her personal questions and even grabbing her at one point. The incidents occurred on N. 18th Street between Walnut and Market Streets.
The male, described as a white male, approximately 45-50 years old, 6’ tall, with a beard and a European accent, initially approached the student as she was walking home from school on Monday, February 25. The second incident occurred the following morning, as the student was walking to school. It was during this incident that the male grabbed the student’s arm. She broke away from the male and continued to school; however, the male kept following her and watched her as she entered the building.
