Male Injuried in Two Seperate Shootings
On 9/21/17 at 1257 hours, the Harrisburg Police responded to the area of first block of North Linden Street for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located the 24-year-old male victim sitting on the steps to one of the houses on North Linden Street. The victim had a gunshot wound to the right lower leg. Witnesses state that a cream or white colored vehicle drove north on Linden Street and fired several shots. The victim would not provide the police specifics as to what occurred. The victim was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital for his injuries, was treated, and released.
At 1944 hours, Officers were once again responded to the first block of North Linden Street for a report of shots fired. Officers located the same victim who this time was shot in the groin area. Multiple casings were found in the area where this occurred. The victim was taken back to Holy Spirit Hospital for treatment. The victim would not provide accurate information regarding what occurred.
