The Harrisburg School District will start the 2025-2026 school year on Tuesday September 2rd. The Harrisburg Bureau of Police would like to welcome Harrisburg School District students and teachers back to school and wish them a safe and successful year!

The Harrisburg Police would also like to remind everyone that with the start of the new school year, we expect to see an increase in pedestrian, vehicular, and bus activity. Travelers should be aware of increased activity, especially during morning and afternoon hours.
