The M&T Bank Ice & Fire Festival is returning to the City of Harrisburg on Saturday, March 4^th from 11am – 8pm. The free event features over 50 ice sculptures, both small and large, along the Downtown street festival path on North 2^nd Street as well as City Island, Italian Lake, Shipoke, Midtown, and Reservoir Park. Sculptures will be illuminated from 7-9pm. The street festival includes a giant ice slide, fire dancers, smores, performances, food trucks, artisans, vendors, and more. Local businesses will join the fun by offering a variety of activities such as ice and fire-themed cocktail and coffee specials, horse-drawn carriage rides around City Island, and free crafts. There will also be an Ice & Fire Festival Scavenger Hunt Contest with a chance to win gift cards from Harrisburg City businesses.
