On Sunday September 5th 2021, at about 1:30pm, the Harrisburg Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 1700 block of Market St. Officers were also advised that a victim had been located, and was suffering from a gunshot wound(s). Upon arrival officers located the victim, an adult male, and the victim was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. An investigation into the incident was conducted and it was discovered that Frederick Morisset (30 years old, from Harrisburg) was responsible for the shooting. Morisset is currently wanted for criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a person not permitted, and carrying firearms without a license.
