On 11-4-23 at about 2335hrs Harrisburg Police Patrol Officers responded to the 700 Block of N 17th St in reference to shots fired.

     Upon arrival they met with an adult male and an adult female, who stated they were shot at by the females ex-boyfriend, Jan Perez. Neither party was injured during the event.

     An arrest warrant was obtained for Jan Perez, dob 11-28-92. The charges are; Aggravated Assault (2 Counts), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (2 counts), Terroristic Threats, Criminal Mischief, and a firearms violation.

     Perez lives at  228 W Vine St in Lancaster. He may be driving a silver 2000 Toyota Corolla bearing Pa registration LHC6911.
