On 7/18/2019 at approx. 0235 hrs a Highspire police officer observed a black BMW exit the Stadium Club against the do enter signs and drive straight across the intersection while both oncoming lanes had the green light. The officer also observed that the window tint on the sedan's windows were tinted to the extent that he was unable to view inside the vehicle. The officer conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Joshua Cobb. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The officer conducted several field coordination exercises during which the driver failed.
Ms. Cobb was taken into custody for DUI. He was transported to the booking center for a legal blood test and processing. After he was processed, he was released.
