On 11/23/2017 An officer conducted a traffic stop a black Infiniti sedan for faulty equipment. During the traffic stop, the officer could smell the odor of burnt marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. While interviewing the driver, Dante Girven, he admitted to smoking marijuana "last week". During the search of the vehicle, 5 marijuana roaches and related drug paraphernalia was recovered.
Criminal complaint was filed for simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
