On 7/17/2019, Highspire and Lower Swatara police were dispatched to 113 Vine Street for an active domestic dispute. The victim called the police and reported that her husband, Jason Herbinko, threatened to kill her. While the officers were talking to Mr. Herbinko, he became combative towards the officers. The officers were able to take Mr. Herbinko into custody for terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the booking center for arraignment and processing.
