On Friday August 9, an HPD Officer timed a Chrysler 200 at 50 MPH in a 25 MPH speed limit zone on S. Hanover Street at the Lower Dauphin High School.  The Officer stopped the vehicle and found the driver, Troy Cohick, was under the influence of alcoholic beverages.  Cohick was arrested and taken to Central Booking, where a blood sample was obtained for further testing.
