On Sunday March 29 a female contacted Hummelstown Police and reported a male tried to get into her vehicle while demanding money.  During the confrontation the suspect kicked the victims vehicle.  The victim tried to leave the area but was blocked by another vehicle that was operated by the suspects girlfriend.

Security footage was obtained and a picture of the male suspect was posted requesting assistance from the public with his identity.  Numerous tips were received, identifying the actor as Dylan Pressley.  Pressley also contacted Hummelstown Police and was interviewed by investigators.  Pressley approached the victim while she was inside her vehicle under the impression that she was someone else.

Hummelstown Police have charged Pressley and he has been arraigned by District Judge Pelino.
