On Tuesday January 20 at approx. 10:40 AM an HBPD Officer observed a Chevy sedan traveling east on Walton Avenue with an expired inspection sticker.  The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as Alex Rivera.  An odor of marijuana was detected.  It was determined Rivera had a suspended driver license, expired registration and had an active summary traffic warrant.  A search of the vehicle was conducted and a small amount of marijuana was located.  Rivera was taken to Central Booking where the warrant was served and he was processed and released.
