The Hummelstown Police Department was asked to assist Dauphin County Probation in serving an arrest warrant on Nicolo Villarreal who resides in the borough.

The Officer on duty met the Probation Officer on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Villareal's home.  Villarreal was taken into custody without incident but during the arrest drug paraphernalia was found in his living space.  He was transported to central booking by Adult Probation and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
