UPDATE --------- PUPPY WAS RETURNED TO OWNER
HBPD Officer Martin was dispatched to a found dog Friday evening. Please help us find the dogs owner before I have to break the bad news to Officer Martin that he cannot keep the dog and be our K-9 handler!
We will house the dog here at our office until midnight and then we will have to take the dog to the Harrisburg Humane Society.
