On 05/31/2018 the Lower Paxton Township Police Department arrested Dane M. Garbrick and charged him with Murder by Drug Delivery The death investigation began on 04/29/2018 when a deceased male was located inside a vehicle in the 100 block of N Mountain Road. The extensive multi-jurisdictional investigation which included The Dauphin County Drug Task Force, HPD Vice unit, HPD Street Crimes unit, PSP, and the Office of the Attorney General identified Dane M. Garbrick, a resident of the 400 block of W Shady Lane in Enola, PA as the drug dealer. Garbrick was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge William Wenner and bail was set at $750,000. Garbrick is currently detained at Dauphin County Prison. Garbrick's preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June before MDJ Wenner.
