On October 22, 2022 at approximately 3am, the Lower Paxton Township Police Department attempted a traffic stop on a silver Ford Fusion in the area of Londonderry Rd and Sir Thomas Ct. The driver, later identified as Kennedy Jackson-Foucher, failed to pull over and fled from Police at a high rate of speed. Jackson-Foucher lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a residence in the 3500 block of Schoolhouse Rd, Susquehanna Township. After crashing into the residence, Jackson-Foucher fled from Police on foot and was apprehended after a short foot chase. After being taken into custody, Jackson-Foucher was observed to be under the influence and was observed to have a suspended license - DUI Related.
Jackson-Foucher was transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center where she was arraigned on (1) count 3733 Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Officer - Felony 3, (1) count 5104 Resisting Arrest - Misdemeanor 2, (1) count 5104.2 Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot - Misdemeanor 2, (1) count 1543b1iii - Driving While Suspended - DUI Related - Misdemeanor 3, (1) count 3802(a)(1) DUI - Misdemeanor, and other traffic related offenses.
MDJ Smith set bail at $50,000 straight and Jackson-Foucher was remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
