Rainfall and snowmelt will bring an increased risk of flooding in south-central and southeast PA. 

*Weather Hazards:  

Low-lying/poor drainage flooding 

Minor Flooding along small streams and creeks

*Timing: 

Greatest risk for low-lying/poor drainage flooding: Wednesday afternoon and evening

Small streams and creeks are forecast to crest Wednesday night into Thursday 

*Possible Impacts:

Secondary road closures

Flooded Basements
