Penbrook Police attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Ronsheek Baskerville, 40, of Harrisburg. Baskerville initially refused to stop his vehicle in response to police lights and siren. When he did stop the vehicle, Baskerville fled on foot and was apprehended after a foot pursuit. A large amount of marijuana was located on Baskerville and inside the vehicle.
Baskerville was charged with Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or attempting to elude, driving under suspension and multiple other driving offenses. Baskerville was placed in Dauphin County Prison after failing to post $50,000 bail.
