Joshua Joseph, 33, of Penbrook was charged with Carrying a firearm without a license and impersonating a public servant as a result of a traffic stop which was conducted for speeding on August 8.
At the time of this incident, he was operating a white Ford Crown Victoria which had emergency lights mounted inside the vehicle. Joseph was in possession of a loaded .40 caliber pistol, but has no license to carry a firearm. Joseph had police type equipment to include a duty belt and a shirt which said "Constable". Further investigation revealed he had identified himself as a State Constable to at least one other person prior to this traffic stop. There is no record of Joseph being a sworn Constable.
