On February 13, 2021 Susquehanna Township Police Officer was conducting a traffic stop in the 100 block of N Progress Avenue. During the stop it was learned that one of the occupants identified as Denzel James was found to have an arrest warrant. While attempting to affect the arrest, Denzel James was uncooperative and aggressive towards the officers. James attempted to flee and kicked the arresting officers several times.
Denzel James was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and disorderly conduct.
