On February 14, 2021 at approximately 1225hrs the Susquehanna Township Police Department was dispatched to the 2100 block of Herr St for a report of male dragging a woman down the street. Upon arrival on scene, officers were able to determine that this was a physical domestic between the male and female party.
The male party was identified as Rachon Roman and he was arrested for simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. A search incident to arrest also yielded a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
