On 10/29/21 at approximately 1228 hours, the Susquehanna Township Police Department was called to the Red Roof Inn at 400 Corporate Circle for a suspicious death. The subsequent investigation revealed that a narcotics delivery led to the death of a juvenile male. The Susquehanna Township Police enlisted the aid of the Dauphin County Drug Task Force. The members of the task force worked tirelessly throughout the day to identify the individual who delivered the drugs and to eventually take this individual into custody. Adalberto Rodriguez – Roman was arrested for one count of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Criminal Use of a Communications Facility. He has been remanded to Dauphin County Prison. Cheyenne McGuinness, who was sharing a room with the juvenile and involved with the drug use, was arrested for one count of Corruption of Minors.
The Susquehanna Township Police investigated this crime in conjunction with members of the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, the Dauphin County Drug Task Force, the Dauphin County Coroner’s Office, the PA Attorney General’s Office, and the Capital Area Forensics Unit. The investigation into this matter is ongoing.
