Don't Feed the Bear!
Many residents in Susquehanna Township have reported bear sightings. In most instances bears were looking for food. Here are some tips to keep bears away:
1. Remove Bird Feeders
2. Secure trash bins outside (DO NOT leave plastic trash bags outside)
3. Do not leave food outside for pets.
4. Do not approach the bears
If you feel you are in danger, call the police (717) 652-8265 and an officer will assist you.

Susquehanna Township Trick or Treat will be held on FRIDAY, November 1st from 6pm to 8pm. Trick or Treat is canceled for tonight, October 31st, 2019 due to the anticipated Ghoulish treacherous weather. Be Safe.

The Susquehanna Township Police are investigating a daytime burglary, that occurred on May 7, 2018, in the 3600 block of Ridgeway Road. The suspects pictured utilized the vehicle, also pictured, which is believed to be a newer grey Nissan Rogue. Susquehanna Township Police are seeking the assistance of the public in gathering information. On April 16, 2019, at approximately 10:00 pm, a suspect arrived in what appears to be a dark colored Dodge Ram 1500 pick-up truck and fired approximately 10 bullets into a house in the 3500 block of Belair Road.
