On December 27, 2015 while on routine patrol a Swatara Township Police Officer observed a man sitting in a vehicle on Kelso St. Due to recent thefts from vehicles in the area the officer was suspicious of the males behavior. As the officer was approaching the vehicle, a male, later identified as Bryon Regis exited and started to walk away. The officer walked up to Regis who appeared intoxicated. Regis provided the officer with a false name and date of birth, after confronting Regis about that, he confessed his real name and date of birth. When the officer looked up the offenders name he found that his license was suspended. Regis was taken into custody and charged with Public Drunkenness.
