Arrest Made on Bomb Threat at Steelton Highspire High School

On September 26, 2018 at approximately 12:05 p.m. the Steelton Highspire School District received a bomb threat at their campus that was determined to be a fictitious report.  Following this incident it was learned that there had been several other recent fictitious bomb threats reported in Lower Paxton Township.  Detectives from the Swatara Township and Lower Paxton Township Police Departments and Agents from the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole worked cooperatively in an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 37 year old Todd DAVENPORT Jr. who resides on Swatara Street in Harrisburg City.   DAVENPORT was charged with nine felony counts of making Terroristic Threats and multiple misdemeanor counts for related offenses.  DAVENPORT was arraigned on the charges by Magisterial District Judge Joseph Lindsey after which he was remanded to the Dauphin County Prison with a $100,000.00 bail condition.
