On Monday, March 13, 2023 at 3:19 pm., Swatara Officers were called to the Tomato Pie Cafe located at 3950 Tecport Drive for a disorderly person within the business. Upon arrival officers found that 36 year old Brandon Connell of Thorsby, Alabama, had climbed into the area above the restroom ceilings within the restaurant. Mr. Connell was arrested without incident, removed from the premises and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, Public Drunkenness and Invasion of Privacy. Mr. Connell was transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center where he was arraigned and later remanded to the Dauphin County Prison pending his preliminary hearing.
