On November 24, 2018, Swatara Township Police were dispatched to a business in the 8100 block of Presidents Drive for a non-active burglary. Owners of the business reported that computers, monitors, soundbars, several collectible toy cars and a 1975 Yahama MX175b were stolen.
An investigation into this burglary led to the arrest of Luis Anaya-Marquez (26 years old of Hummelstown) and much of the stolen property was able to be recovered.
Anaya-Marquez was charged with Burglay, Receiving Stolen Property and Endangering the Welfare of Children.
As of this time the 1975 Yahama MX175b (yellow with black stipes) has not been recovered. Anyone with knowledge of the location of the stolen Yahama or other information that would assist in this case is asked to contact Detective Seiler (717-564-2550).
