On 23 March 2018 at 7:07 am, Swatara Township Police responded to a report of a three vehicle accident in the 500 block of Second Street. Additional reports advised one of the vehicles had crashed into a structure. After officers arrived they determined the accident was a result of a domestic dispute. A vehicle operated by Christopher Forster was observed by the victim when she left her residence for work. Forster followed the victim as she fled through the area and then rammed her vehicle causing the accident. Forster fled on foot and will be charged, when located, for the assault and also for violation of a protection order. The victim was injured in the accident and is currently being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Forster will be charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault by Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Assault, Stalking, and Indirect Criminal Contempt. Any person having information is asked to contact Swatara Township Police at 717-564-2550.
