On Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at approximately 12:00 p.m. a person walking on the Greenbelt in the area between Paxtang and Penbrook Boroughs observed a white male who was wearing brown pants and a hooded jacket engaging in suspicious and lewd conduct. The male did not attempt to make contact with the person who reported this to our police department. Please report any suspicious activity on the Swatara Police Greenbelt immediately.
