Swatara Police looking for driver of stolen vehicle
On 11/10/16 at 1246 hours, Swatara Township Police were alerted to a vehicle pursuit that had entered the Township. Police were pursuing a stolen Nissan pickup truck being operated by Alfred Carrera, a 44-year-old white male. Carrera eventually parked the truck in the parking lot of the Chestnut Pointe Apartment Complex located at 3655 Chambers Hill Road, and fled the area on foot. He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
Swatara Township Police were assisted in the search for Carrera by Penbrook Borough Police, the Pennsylvania State Police ground and aerial units, and the Harrisburg Bureau of Police Street Crimes and K-9 Division. After an exhaustive search of the area, Carrera could not be located. He is currently wanted by Camp Hill Borough Police for Felony charges.
