Warrant service leads to criminal arrest
On November 21, 2018 the United States Marshal’s requested the assistance of the Swatara Township Police Department in order to serve a high risk warrant in the 3600 block of Chambers Hill Road. Deputy Marshal’s and Swatara Township Police Officers responded to that location and were able to take 18 year old Jules Morgan and 19 year old Jonathan Wrenn into custody without incident. Both are wanted out of the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office for a fatal shooting that occurred on November 18, 2018 in Stafford County, Virginia.
Morgan and Wrenn are being charged as fugitives from justice and were transported to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment and to begin the extradition process. Morgan is additionally being charged with Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, Possession of a firearm without a license and Receiving stolen property.
After Morgan and Wrenn were taken into custody, Swatara Township Police obtained a search warrant for the residence they were in. During the search warrant Swatara Police seized approximately 2 pounds of marijuana, marijuana chocolate rice crispy treats, marijuana gummies, over $3,000 in cash, as well as 3 handguns, a shotgun and a .22 rifle in the style of an AR.
39 year old Stedroy Warner was taken into custody and is being charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Warner was transported to the Dauphin County Judicial Center where he is awaiting arraignment.
